Your ideas are yours.
Plain language, no dark patterns — here's exactly what happens to what you capture.
The short version
Your ideas are yours. They live on your device first and sync only to your own account. Cashé shows no ads, tracks nothing across the web, and never trains a model on what you write.
What we collect
Your ideas, notes, and photos are stored on your device and synced to your account when you're signed in. We collect your email address, through Sign in with Apple, so your account has an owner and can sync across your devices.
When you subscribe to Pro, our payment processor, Stripe, handles your card details and billing. We never see or store your card number.
How it's protected
Your device is the source of truth, not a cache. When you're signed in, Sign in with Apple identifies your account, and server-side access rules — Postgres row-level security — mean your account can only ever read or write its own data.
Nobody else can reach your ideas through the app or our servers, and neither can we use them for anything you didn't ask for.
How we use it
Smart Sort and automatic tagging send the relevant text to our server briefly for categorization, then the result is stored on your device. That processing exists only to organize your own ideas — nothing is shared externally or used to train models.
The Claude MCP connection, if you enable it, lets Claude read your library only when you ask and only what your account can read. You can revoke it at any time.
Your rights
Export any Space as a Markdown file from the app whenever you like — your data leaves as freely as it came in.
Delete your account anytime from Account → Sign out, or by emailing us. Once you delete it, your data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
